Seal Sitters staff and advisory positions are on a volunteer basis. The seal pups have brought together a group of highly qualified and committed volunteers that includes well-known and respected scientists and writers, artists, educators, and corporate executives. Our commitment to protecting these smallest of marine mammals has created a closely-knit and dedicated group of core individuals. Our extended organization of volunteers encompasses those of all ages who donate countless hours and varied skills. All Seal Sitter volunteers must undergo training which is offered prior to the pupping season. If you would like information on becoming a Seal Sitter, please click here.
